Matt has worked in the B.C. real estate industry since 1991 gaining significant experience in structuring mortgages and assisting clients with their financing needs.  His particular area of specialty is in helping people in complicated finance situations such as credit difficulties or self employment. 

Matt’s strength in advising on a diverse array of potentially precarious scenarios enables his clients to receive the funds they need to meet their short and long-term goals.   Other examples of client scenarios could include: pre-foreclosure, negative/minimal equity, vacant house, negative cash flow, grow-ops, repairs required, and acreage/obscure location, etc.
